Microsoft indic Tool All Language
Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool is a software made by Microsoft that helps users type text in several Indic languages using a regular English keyboard. It works with languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, and Urdu. The tool includes an on-screen keyboard and a phonetic typing system to make typing in these languages easier. You can add it to your Windows computer as an extra feature and download it for free from the Microsoft website.
ILIT also has a visual keyboard that helps when editing words that don’t translate well. This keyboard shows how the Indic letters are arranged, so you can see where each letter is located. To get and install the Microsoft Indic Language Input Tool, go to the Microsoft Bhasa website.
The site has step-by-step guides for installing the tool on different types of computers. After you’ve installed ILIT, you can type in Indic language in any program. Just open the program and click on the input menu button on the taskbar. From the list of keyboards, choose the Indic Phonetic keyboard.
Now, you can start typing by writing the English version of the words. ILIT will automatically change the text into the correct Indic script.
